When you are doing these things, think about yourself and how self-esteem is related to them. And, when you feel the action of self-esteem in your body, just think about how it feels. When you feel the feeling of self-esteem in your mind, just try to imagine the same feelings in your mind.
By adopting different positions, you will begin to become aware of yourself. This process will help you develop self-esteem over time.
If you just try to get in touch with your emotions, you won’t be able to do that. You need to move your emotions toward greater awareness in order to come up with better responses.
