To manage stress, have a routine of doing gentle exercise for about 30 minutes daily. A walk, Yoga, or strenuous free-weight workout is helpful to exercise activities.
  • Healthy Diet – Stress disrupts the body’s internal rhythm. Thus, eating healthy foods balances internal rhythms. Also, avoid excessive sugar and other foods that threaten your weight. And when you have a healthy body, you will have feelings of happiness. Hence, this helps in the reduction of stress levels in your life.
